I'm going through another Olive phase. Every once in a while, I get cravings for something and this time its olives, last month was Caeser's Salad from Strudels. Ohmeegawd, I just sat through half a TUB of green pitted olives that costs me RM59.50 for 500g of the yummy stuff. No, I'm not pregnant. And I had cheese with it to boot. There goes my 2 hours of sweat and grunts at the gym this morning. *sigh*
It's been an uneventful month for me so far. Nothing exciting happened. Nothing momentous happened, unless you want to count in me finding my joggers finally after 8 months. Now that I have my joggers, I couldn't put off going to the gym any longer, so I started my aerokick regime again today. The punches, the jabs, the blocks and the kicks... lord, it feels darn good. I forgot how it felt, after sweating it out - glowing, roling strides, airy, sexy. *purrr* Now, all I need is a tiger to curl up with. =p

Joyride
Today, when I came out, I think I must have left my brains on my pillow. *sigh* I have just needlessly spent RM8 for a taxi ride. How so, you asked? Haha. In a very stupid way is my answer. I came in to work today and I forgot to bring my tag, and no one was in this early. I looked everywhere in my big gold bag. I could not find it. I took out everything in the bag, I upended it. No tag. Crap I thought. No choice but to go home and get it. So, I managed to get a taxi to fetch that misplaced item. Anyway, at the U-turn outside my house, I suddenly had a thought. Maybe it's in here... and I reached for the small pocket outside the bag that I only use for keys. OMIGOD... it IS in here! ARGH!!!
The taximan was laughing at me the whole way back to Midvalley.

Growth
My tendency to blog has dwindled yet I still felt a sentimental need to blog one last time, for this year. I know I have been somewhat remiss in my blogging efforts but then who cares. So here I am, the last afternoon of the year, typing down a line of two in the gazillion lines zooming like space traffic in Cyberspace.
I can only speculate that perhaps I no longer feel the need to let people know my thoughts and feelings, because I no longer really care what people think of me.
"We do not grow absolutely, chronologically. We grow sometimes in one dimension, and not in another; unevenly. We grow partially. We are relative. We are mature in one realm, childish in another. The past, present, and future mingle and pull us backward, forward, or fix us in the present. We are made up of layers, cells, constellations." ~ Anais Nin ~

Cracks in my foundation
Much has happened since I last sign in. One would have thought that I'd stop bloggina after Patches died. True, I mourne him still but life goes on, especially work. Work has been crazy. I have been working past 11pm everynight for the past 3 weeks. It's exhausting. I never thought I'd say this, but it feels as though I might be near a burn out.
Question marks has begun to appear like tiny cracks in a badly-cemented brick wall. Am I on the right path that God has destined for me? Have I deviated from His plans? Does God have a plan for me? Why am I working so hard for so little benefit? A friend once told me that my time is precious and what time God has given me I have to make the most of it. Yet here I am, wasting my precious gift on work. A work that bring little satisfaction and much heartache, and I can't even take solace from my salary either. It is a sinking ship, I might have to act the rat and desert it.
